The Control Panel offers the possibility to deposit your contact details. This information will be used:

  • To identify any individuals valid to receive support from Hornetsecurity
  • Show your contact details in any whitelabled Control Panels

We recommend adding this information directly when setting up a new customer and save that information per individual customer as well.


  1. Log into the Control Panel and open “Management > Settings > Contact data
  2. Click on “Add
  3. Fill in the company details
  4. Click on “Add
  5. Switch to the “Person” tab
  6. From the top-down menu on top, choose the appropriate company and contact type
  7. Add the details of the contact person
  8. Save” the data

Note: Since the location of the company does not necessarily match the location of the person, we recommend adding the country code to the phone number.
