It might be necessary to reset the Hornetdrive client’s cache from your local device. There are two possible ways to reset the cache:
1. Adjust the size from within the client
When adjusting the size from within the client’s settings under “Cache > Set size”, it will automatically reset the cache.
2. Manually deleting the content from the cache folder
It is possible to delete the cache from the file explorer. This might be necessary for example when having to reinstall Hornetdrive as part of a troubleshooting step. You can locate the cache from the settings in the Hornetdrive client under “Cache”.
Once the cache has been reset, you will need to restart your device. If used on a smartphone or tablet, you will not be able to use the second option.
