The Per Sender Rate Limit helps to manage the number of recipients to whom emails are sent simultaneously, reducing the possibility of deferring mails due to massive sending and, so, reducing then the potential impact that a deferred e-mail may have in single users.
In the table below you will find the limit of recipients allowed to be sent, both per hour and per day.

If you need to send a bigger amount of emails than the amount defined by those limits, you can raise a request to our support team to have the possibility to set mass mailing rules that will be applied for specific users or for a whole domain.
