The Dashboard gives you a visual overview of the compliance status of your Microsoft 365 Organization:
Under Compliancy Health, the pie charts indicate whether the customer's sites are compliant with their assigned compliance policies or not. The main pie chart on the left shows information for all sites of the customer without distinguishing between different types of sites, while the smaller charts on the right show information for the customer’s different site types - SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
Possible compliancy health states are:
-
Compliant (green): The site is compliant with the assigned compliance policy.
-
Warning (orange): The site is currently compliant with the assigned compliance policy, but
there are violations of the policy that may cause the site to become non-compliant if the
cause is not corrected.
-
Non Compliant (red): The site is not compliant with the assigned compliance policy.
- Not Configured (grey): No compliance policy is assigned to the site.
The Violation Trends section shows a historical view of detected policy violations/ This can be filtered by date, and by site.
The Audited Sites section shows a list of compliance policies and for each policy a bar is displayed that showing the compliancy health of the sites to which the policy is assigned.
Clicking on the bar will drill down into the Explore Sites module, where the view will be automatically filtered by the site that was clicked.
