In some cases you are required to reinstall the Phishing reporter. The following screenshots will help you find the Phishing Reporter in your Identity (Entra) or Microsoft Admin Center and what needs to be done to install the Phishing Reporter again.

Once the Phishing Reporter has been uninstalled, you need to go to the Control Panel and deactivate the Phishing Reporter for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can reactivate the Phishing Reporter.
Please be aware that you need to download the manifest again, because the activation of the Phishing Reporter stores an ID that is connected to your customer tenant. Make the new manifest available in Identity (Entra), then go back to the Control Panel and grant the necessary authorizations.
If everything fits, we create a fresh profile in Outlook to use the add in.
Firewall settings:
The Phishing Reporter add-in must be able to reach certain URLs through port 443. For this reason, the following addresses must be enabled in the firewall and, if you use any, in third party security systems:
