Depending on the setting of the web filter, pages that are not categorized may be displayed or blocked. For example, to prevent a new, uncategorized website from being displayed for the first time, you can select the setting “Block uncategorized pages” and activate it. The automatic post-categorization works so quickly, however, that the next time you click or call up a non-categorized page, it is "reassigned" to a category and then blocked or allowed according to your policy setting.
If a website can be displayed despite being blocked, please report this page to our support (send URL with the note "Incorrectly categorized" to firstname.lastname@example.org).
If a website is blocked, although it is certain that it cannot be assigned to a blocked category, you can (if this function has been enabled by your administrator) report this page as a wrong category using the "wrong category" button displayed on the blocking page.
