There are several possibilities why your user cannot be logged in to the web filter.
It must be ensured that
- Authentication via user has been activated.
- The user is available in the control panel.
- The password entered for the user in the control panel also matches.
- When using the Hornetsecurity Connector there is a SAM account name for the user in the control panel.
If, despite everything, authentication on the web filter is not possible, there may be a fault. Contact your contact person for the web filter service.
