Occasionally, Websafe will not be triggered, even though the correct subject line was used. Instead, the system will use a different encryption method, which is available.
Websafe is intended as an encryption alternative, if the communication partner cannot use any other form of encryption. If the counter-part is able to use any advanced encryption method (PGP, TLS or S/MIME), the system will automatically use those encryption methods instead of sending the message via Websafe.
This is the expected behaviour. If you encounter this behaviour, check the Email Live Tracking to see if the email was sent with a different encryption method.
