If it turns out, after an examination of the facts, that we recommend creating a corresponding individual compliance filter rule to ensure communication for your case, proceed as follows:
Create a combination of the sender email address and the source IP of the sending email server.
1. Navigate to the compliance filter module in the control panel. Add a new filter. In the Direction field, select "Incoming" to record incoming emails.
2. Enter the sender address in the "From" field.
3. In the "IP" field, enter the source IP address of the sending email server
4. Under "Action" select the option "Tag as clean".
5. Confirm your entry with "OK" and click "Save" to apply the change.

Subsequently, emails should be able to be delivered again in the future. Please note that deactivating the filtering for a sender address may represent a security vulnerability in the long term, which is why you should only trust legitimate senders.
