In order to access the overview of your support requests and support requests of organization, log into the support area first.
As soon as you are logged into the KnowledgeBase you can also access the request overview by simply clicking on My activities:
Afterwards you will see the following:
All of your requests and requests of your organization will be shown here. You will also have access to a search and status filter tool, which allows searching for open, closed and waiting cases.
Hint: You will be assigned to your organization automatically. If you are for some reason not assigned, please contact us to get you assigned accordingly.
