If you should have no longer access to your Websafe postbox, you can set a new password with this instruction.
At first open the last received Websafe link. Once the website is loaded you should be asked for your current password. If this is not the case you did not set a password before. You will need the PIN from the sender.
Your email address should already be entered in the first field. If not please enter it now. Then you have to click on "Lost password" to get to the next step.
You now have to enter the PIN from the last email communication. At this point no further PIN is sent. Should you don't have a PIN, please ask the sender to send a new Websafe email, so that a new PIN is generated. Please ask the sender to tell you the newest PIN as usual.
Continue with "Go to Step 2".
In the next screen you can set a new password. You will be automatically redirected to your Websafe postbox, once you confirmed the new password.
