Yes, customers who have purchased a perpetual license key (Standard, Unlimited or Unlimited Plus Edition) can also be added as long as the SMA (Support & Maintenance Agreement) is not expired.

Please note that such customers will not show up in the Subscription Billing section since they are not part of your Subscription.
