No, users will be able to login to the CP free of charge so long as the following are true:

1. They are not using a Freeware Edition license of VM Backup
   
   
2. The Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is active or they have an active Subscription through an MSP
   
   
3. End Users looking to make use of the CP must be licensed for the Unlimited Plus edition
