When an email has been processed by the Continuity Service, the delivery status 'Delayed' remains in Email Live Tracking, even though the email was successfully delivered at a later time. When Does the Continuity Service Take Effect?
The Continuity Service is triggered as soon as your mail server is unreachable and ensures that your emails remain available. You can retrieve the emails in our Webmailer. Once the mail server is reachable again, the emails are delivered to your mail server. Afterwards, they are deleted from the Webmailer.
Where Can I Find the Indication That the Continuity Service Has Taken Effect?
Find the corresponding email in Email Live Tracking and open the Email Details. Switch to the 'SMTP' tab, where you will find a corresponding indication of the Continuity Service;

Once an email has been processed by the Continuity Service, the delivery status is set to 'Delayed', regardless of whether the email was successfully delivered after the destination server became reachable again.
This behavior is intended because the delivery status here only describes the processing by the Continuity Service and not the final delivery to your mail server.
