We offer two different web mailers for two different products. One is the hornet.email web mailer and the other is the Continuity Service web mailer. How to reach the web mailers and what you may need to consider when logging in is described below.

The web mailers can be reached via the following addresses:

Continuity Service: https://webmailer.hornetsecurity.com/

Before a user synchronized via M365 or LDAP can log in to the Continuity Service web mailer, the user must first log in to the Control Panel so that the user is correctly linked to the web mailer.

All other users can log in to both web mailers without an initial login in the Control Panel. Please note that it can take up to thirty minutes after a user has been created before it is finally deployed on all servers. It may not be possible to log in before then.
