Once Teams Protection is activated, the AI Cyber Assistant is installed automatically in the customer’s Teams tenant.

When a malicious URL is detected in a Teams message, an alert will be given as follows:

• If all participants are internal
  The AI Cyber Assistant is added to the conversation and posts a warning message directly in the thread.
  
  
• If at least one participant is external
  The AI Cyber Assistant sends a private warning message to each internal participant individually.
  This allows users to be alerted to malicious links promptly, minimizing the risk of exposure to phishing or malware.
