To export your archive via our export manager you will need to login to the export manager first: Export Manager
Make sure your login with an admin that has privileges for the customer object you trying to export!
Once you login you will see all currently running or finshed exports:
To start a new export klick on "Export" in the top right and select the customer you want to export:
Once selected you can define if you want to export indivial users, a specific number of users or the entire customer:
- Here you can set up the timeframe of your export.
- Use the usersearch to find the user you want to export.
- If you want to export everything that is stored in the archive click here.
- Here you can define the adress that gets notified once your export is finished.
- Before you export make sure to select the file format you need. You can choose between pst, eml and mbox.
- If you are happy with your selection you can start your export with this button.
Please note that the export can take some time depending on a few different factors such as the size of the export, the amount of users and finally the current workload of the export system.
