Are the data in the statistics live?

No, the statistics are not live. The extent of the delay depends on whether you are viewing the statistics in the Control Panel or the User Panel.

Control Panel (Administrators)

The statistical values in the Control Panel are updated with a delay of a few minutes. This delay is caused by the technical processing of the data. Shortly after an action, but not immediately, the corresponding value appears in the statistics.

User Panel (End Users)

As soon as a user has reacted to a simulated phishing email by reporting it or clicking on the contained link, the result appears promptly in the User Panel. Simulations that have not yet received a response, however, are only displayed 7 days after the email was received.

This delay is intentional. It prevents users from using the User Panel as a tool to check whether an incoming email is a simulation.

What does this mean for evaluation?

For your analyses in the Control Panel, you have continuously current metrics available. If a value does not appear immediately after an action, please wait a few minutes and then reload the view.

Please note when evaluating that the numbers in the User Panel may differ from those in the Control Panel due to the 7-day delay.
