In the Control Panel, several statistics are available to track the success of the Security Awareness Service.
You can find the statistics under Security Awareness Service > Statistics. There you will find the tabs ESI - Phishing - E-Training - Groups. Under the Phishing tab, you will find the "Simulated Attacks" statistic.
Directly below the statistic, you see an overview of all analyzed emails since the start of the phishing simulation:
The emails are divided into the following categories:
- Reported Emails: These simulated phishing emails were reported by users as phishing emails.
- Ignored Emails: Users did not respond to these simulated phishing emails.
- Clicked Links: Users clicked on links in these simulated phishing emails.
- Entered Credentials: Users entered credentials on fake websites in simulated phishing emails.
- Opened Files: Users opened attached files from simulated phishing emails.
- Executed Macros: Users opened and executed attached files with macros from simulated phishing emails.
How to read the statistic: The Y-axis shows the number of phishing emails sent, while the X-axis shows the date within the display period of seven days. Additionally, the display period of the shown data can be adjusted.
The categories are displayed as a stacked chart. Hovering the mouse pointer over a data point in the chart will display the corresponding period as well as the number of emails in that category. The displayed period summarizes all simulated attacks during this time frame.
