WARNING
The following instructions will take time (days and possibly even weeks) to propagate completely on M365, which means that this is not a quick solution for any issues you may be experiencing with AIRV.

If you are looking to remove the add-in instantly, then this must be done at the client level as described here.

You can uninstall the AI Recipient Validation Outlook add-in for all of your users if you no longer
want to use this service, or for troubleshooting purposes.

1. Open entra.microsoft.com
2. Log in with your administrative credentials
3. Click on Applications > App registrations
4. Go to All applications
5. Select Hornetsecurity AI Recipient Validation Application from the list and click on Delete
   
   
   
    
6. A confirmation window is then displayed, tick the checkbox and click on delete to confirm the removal of the add-in for all users.

The AI Recipient Validation Outlook add-in will be uninstalled for all users.
