You can uninstall the AI Recipient Validation Outlook add-in for all of your users if you no longer
want to use this service, or for troubleshooting purposes.

1. Open https://admin.microsoft.com/
2. Log in with your administrative credentials
3. In the navigation on the left side, click on the 3 dots next to [Show All]
4. Click on Settings > Integrated apps
5. Select AI Recipient Validation from the list and click on [Remove App] icon
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. A confirmation window is then displayed, click on Yes to confirm the removal of the add-in for all users.

The AI Recipient Validation Outlook add-in will be uninstalled for all users.
