Should one of your users be having any issues with the AI Recipient Validation add-in, the add-in can be easily removed (by the user themselves) just like any other Microsoft Outlook Add-in.

Please find instructions to do so below:

1. Locate the Add-ins menu
   
   If you are using the MS Outlook Client, flick File > Manage Add-ins
   
   
   Alternatively, if you are using the MS Outlook Web app, go to the Get Add-ins menu from the ribbon.
   
   
   
   In the new Outlook you can find this menu under "Get add-ins"
   
   
   
   
2. Click My Add-ins, then locate the AI Recipient Validation add-in and click the "..." button to reveal the option to Remove the add-in as shown below:
   
   
   
   In the new Outlook the procedure is a bit different: Manage add-ins -> "..."-Button -> "Remove"
   
   
   
   
3. Once clicked, the add-in will be removed - this may take a few minutes to complete.
