Upon launching Altaro Physical Server Backup you will likely get the following warning:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from localhost (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

At this stage, to stop getting this warning, you will need to add an the Altaro Physical Server Backup certificate to the trusted root store. Here's how to do it in Chrome:
- When you get the message saying that the connection is not private, click [Advanced], then click the [Proceed to...] link in order to log in
- Next, we will need to save the certificate to a file:
- Click on [Warning Not secure] in the address bar
- Click on [Certificate (Invalid)]
- Go to the [Details] tab, then click [Copy to File...] and save the file using the default options
- Double-click on the certificate file you just saved
- On the Certificate [General] tab, go ahead and click [Install Certificate...]
- In the Certificate Import Wizard, select the option [Place all certificates in the following store]
- Click [Browse...] and pick [Trusted Root Certification Authorities], then simply proceed through the wizard to install the certificate
Next time you launch Altaro Physical Server Backup, you shouldn't get the warning that your connection is not private.
