Please see a list of current Known Issues with Altaro Physical Server Backup below:

• Restore of a UEFI booting machine to a Windows 2012 Hyper-V will fail as Gen 2 virtual machine are not supported by Windows 2012
  
  
• When using a .Net Framework version older than 4.7.2, backups may fail with error message : "No component for supporting the service Altaro.Store.Services.Server.Settings.IServiceSettings was found"
  
  Upgrading the .Net Framework version on the physical server to 4.7.2 or higher will resolve the issue.
  
  
• Backups taken are Crash Consistent, which means that logs for Microsoft Exchange and SQL will not be truncated
  
  
• Volumes selected for backup that are also configured as a backup location will be skipped.
