The VM Backup Error Reporter can be found in the [Get Help] menu of the console as shown below:
After clicking on [Generate Error Report] you can enter the details as the below screenshot. If you already have a Ticket open, please ensure to enter the [Ticket Number]. Then simply click on [Generate & Submit Error Report]. Your report will automatically be uploaded to our servers and our team will be in touch after analysing the report.
Note: If for some reason the main console cannot be launched, you can launch the Error reporter manually through the executable located here: C:\Program Files\Hornetsecurity\VMBackup\ErrorReporter.exe
Once opened simply enter the error details, check the disclaimer check box and press generate.
When complete, please email the generated error report to support@altaro.com for further investigation.
