To generate an Error Report from the Offsite Backup Server, open the Windows start menu and type [Hornetsecurity VM Backup Error Reporter].
Once launched, you will be granted with the following screen:
Fill in the details as shown in the screenshot below. If you already have a ticket open, please ensure to enter the ticket number in the description. Then click on [Generate Report].
Once generated, the error report will be saved as a zip under 'C:\ProgramData\Hornetsecurity\VMBackup\ErrorReport\Merged'. Or you can select "Open the containing Folder".
Lastly, select the error report and attach it to an email when contacting support@altaro.com
