If you're looking to deactivate the VM Backup subscription for one of your customers, follow the steps below.

1. Log into the Hornetsecurity CP and select the relevant partner account in the scope selection
   
   
2. From the navigation bar, browse to Backup > VM Backup
   
   At this stage if you wish to cease any Monthly subscriptions for VM Backup for this customer, simply toggle the switch and you will get a warning that if you still wish to backup your VMs with VM Backup you will need a perpetual license key.
   
   Note that you still need to get in touch with your account manager in order to terminate the existing contract.
