Kindly follow the instructions below which apply to you to activate your CP account:

For new MSPs (Evaluation)

• Sign up for your free 30-Day evaluation here: https://www.altaro.com/msp/
• Upon verification, you will then receive an email from Altaro with your CP Invite
• Click on the invite link and register for your CP account
• Sign-in to CP and start using it

For existing Altaro Partners & MSPs

Log into the current Altaro Partner Portal and click on the ‘Activate CP’ button as shown in the below screenshot:

• You will then receive an email from Altaro with your CP Invite
• If you do not receive this within a couple of minutes, please check your SPAM folder!
• Click on the invite link and register for your CP account
• Sign-in to CP and start using it

• You can activate your account for the CP by the following the link here
• You will then receive an email from Altaro with your CP Invite
