When you receive your first email that has been encrypted with the Websafe module from hornetsecurity, you will first need a Websafe account.

The email you received will contain a link to our websafe

Click on „Go to the Websafe”

Depending on whether you are logging in to Websafe for the first time, you may have to register first.

Registration

Accept the privacy policy and click on “Next",

Optional step: You now have the option of entering a telephone number.

Entering a telephone number is optional and is used for two-factor authentication. If you do not want to use a telephone number, you can click on “Continue without a phone number” instead.

In this case, an e-mail will be generated to the sender of the Websafe e-mail. You can contact the sender by telephone, for example, to find out the PIN.

Once you have received the PIN (as an SMS to the stored number or from your communication partner), you can enter it to define a password for the Websafe.

You can then define a password and enter a security question in case you forget your login.

You have successfully registered!

You now have access to the Websafe and can log in again at any time in the future using your e-mail address and password.
