The following process is only applicable for setups that were configured with the [Activate Manually] option. If the [Activate Automatically] option was selected, further steps would be taken to fully deactivate the service on a specific tenant; therefore, please proceed in contacting our Sales team who can better assist. If you wish to offboard 365 Tenant Manager for a tenant, follow the steps below:

1. Log into the Hornetsecurity CP and select the relevant partner in the scope selection
   
   
2. From the navigation bar, browse to 365 Tenant Manager and select the Tenants tab
   
   
3. Search and/or browse to the tenant that you wish to offboard
   
   
4. Lastly, click the [Offboard tenant] button
   
   
   
   
   
5. You will be granted the following pop-up to confirm your selection
