Much more information about Security Awareness Service whitelisting can be found in our manual:
Allowing the Delivery of Simulated Phishing Emails
Here you will also find all the information you need to set up whitelisting.
As part of the IT-Seal phishing simulation, we ask you to allow our email servers. These are IP 84.16.227.187 and 94.100.132.73. Our interactive explanation page, to which participants are redirected when they click on one of our phishing links, is also hosted there.

Use the Configuration > Policy > Allowed/Blocked Lists page to configure lists that define trusted and known bad hosts and senders and a list of whitelisted URLs.
- Messages from the Allowed list bypass anti-spam filtering.
- URLs in the whitelist are not rewritten if the ToC policy is configured to skip these URLs.
You can add hosts or senders to the Allowed List or Whitelist URLs list.
- On the Configuration > Policy > Allowed/Blocked Lists page, click the appropriate list. The List Editor dialogue box appears.
- Select the Sender tab.
- In the Add Entries text box, enter the IT-Seal IP address, then click Add.
- Click OK.
If allowing the transmitters fails, you may need to make further system adjustments. Under "Further resources" you will find further assistance that may be useful to you during the set-up.
