With the Awareness Engine enabled, the delivery of E-Trainings depends on several factors. The Awareness Engine takes into account the settings configured in the Control Panel and draws conclusions from a group's Employee Security Index (ESI), to which a user belongs. The individual users' ESIs, as well as the click rate for simulated phishing emails, also play a crucial role in the distribution of E-Trainings.
For instance, it's possible that with the Single User Booster activated, a user with a high click rate in a group with a good ESI might receive a relatively higher number of E-Trainings.
But in which scenarios do users not receive E-Trainings?
- Scenario 1:
With the Productivity Booster enabled, relatively proficient users in a group with a weak ESI (<90) receive few to no E-Trainings. This remains the case until their personal click rate increases. - Scenario 2:
Proficient users with a low click rate in generally strong groups are also assigned few to no E-Trainings until their click rate increases.
However, it can be generally stated that users with a low click rate and consequently a good ESI receive fewer E-Trainings. This behavior is designed in such cases and does not disadvantage users, as they exhibit good awareness and are already at a good security level. As a result, users have more time for their daily tasks and will receive training based on needs in case of any deterioration.
