To be able to send e-trainings for your users manually, you only need to deactivate the Awareness Engine in the Security Awareness Service module under Configuration -> E-Training -> Awareness Engine.

Once the Awareness Engine is turned off, the available e-trainings appear on the configuration page under the Training Plan category.

In the expanded view of an e-training, you have the option to activate or deactivate the e-training, as well as assign an assignment date and discard the changes.

To enable your users to receive the e-training, select an assignment date for it to be sent.

The e-training is then emailed to all users regardless of their groups on the selected date.

To finalize the assignment, click on Apply changes.

The email contains a link that directs users to their personal Security Hub, where they can start the e-training
