Why is whitelisting necessary?
To use the Security Awareness Service, certain IP addresses and IP address ranges as well as domains must be allowed.

How exactly do I create the whitelisting?
To do this, log in as an administrator to the SecurityGateway web interface and navigate to Security → Whitelist → Allow Lists → IPs.
Once in that menu, enter the public IP address of the Awareness Engine to be excluded from the documentation portal by clicking the "+ New" button.
Optional: You can add a comment for documentation purposes during this process.
Once these steps are completed, you can save the settings by clicking the "Save and Exit" button.
