Subscription Billing is a licensing model based on usage and part of the Hornetsecurity Office 365 Backup, this also includes Endpoint Backup as part of the plan.

End Users

There's a minimum annual subscription of 10 users - you can scale to tens of thousands of users. Take a look at the Pricing Calculator.

Your subscription includes backup, storage, support and access to our Control Panel (CP) for centralised management of all your company’s Office 365 organisation. You can subscribe for one or more years. Learn more here.

All users that have an active O365 subscription (emails, files [OneDrive/SharePoint] or Teams) require to be licensed. More information can be found here.

Note: Endpoint Backup is not available as part of the O365 Total Backup Subscription. Only available for MSPs.

MSPs

All users that have an active O365 subscription (emails, files [OneDrive/SharePoint] or Teams) require to be licensed as part of the 'O365 Total Backup Subscription' plan. More information can be found here.

Customers that have not been upgraded to the O365 Total Backup Subscription plan yet and are still on the 'Mailbox only' or 'Mailbox, OneDrive and SharePoint' plans will continue to be billed on the number of users the choose to backup per month.
