To activate your Subscription of Altaro Office 365 Backup (What is Subscription Billing?), please follow the steps below:
End Users
- Click on the link provided to you via email from our Sales team
- If you already a CP account, simply enter the credentials in the green highlighted section and click on [Register Subscription]
If you do not have a CP account, click on the link to create an account in the red highlighted section

If purchasing directly from Altaro
- Login to the Altaro VM Backup CP: https://manage.altaro.com
Important: You must be logged in with your Admin Account credentials
- Navigate to [Subscription Billing] [Subscription]
- Click the [Activate Subscription] button and follow the onscreen instructions to enter your payment details
