Delete the O365 Connector

  1. Open Office.com and log in with your administrative credentials.
  2. Navigate to Administrator > Admin Center > Exchange
  3. Select Mail flow and click on the tab Connectors
  4. Select the connector, you want to delete or deactivate
  5. You can delete or deactivate the connector

    1. To delete the connector, click on Delete

    2. To deactivate the connector, click on Deactivate in the connector overview

  6. Confirm the notification with Yes
