Users of the Control Panel have the option to personalize the display/ui in Email Live Tracking. The following customization options are available:

• Select which fields to display.
• Change the size of the fields.
• Change the positions of the fields

Choose which fields to show

The Email Live Tracking module provides an overview of your incoming and outgoing emails.
The emails are displayed in a table that contains information about them. You can choose which information to display in the Email Live Tracking module.

Note: Selected fields are highlighted in blue.

We recommend using the fields:

• Reason
• Msg-ID
• Source-IP

These are the values that are most helpful in the analysis.

Change the size of the fields

Place the cursor between two fields.

Drag the field to the left or right to the desired size.

Change the positions of the fields:

Click on a field and hold down the mouse button.

Drag the field to the desired position and release the mouse button.
