A quarantine report is sent to the customer's email inbox and contains emails from senders whose messages were not delivered to the customer but were moved to quarantine. The sender's email address can be added to the personal whitelist at the user level via the quarantine report. This means the change applies only to the personal mailbox and does not automatically apply to all mailboxes within the domain. The personal whitelist only bypasses the spam filter. Other security checks and filters remain active.
Our whitelist is also referred to as an allowlist.
Whitelisting via the quarantine report is done in two steps:
1. First, click "Deliver" in the quarantine report to open the whitelist page:
You will then be redirected to a website where the sender's email address can be added to the personal whitelist.
2. On the website, click "Add sender to allowlist."
The website will display an email preview, and the whitelisting is complete.
Future emails from the sender's address will be delivered to the user's mailbox and no longer moved to quarantine. The address is now also visible on the whitelist in the Control Panel.
