If you're looking to perform a restore to a host that is not added to the VM Backup Hosts screen, you can add what is called a Restore Specific host - which does not require a license key.

1. When you're at the point of the restore where you're prompted to choose the target host, you'll see an option called [OR Choose Unconfigured Host]
   
   
   
   
2. Next, you will be prompted to enter the details for your host you'd like to add. Add the connection details and click [Finish]
   
   
3. Once the host is added, you will be able to select it as the target host for this restore operation
   
   
4. The host you have added in the previous step will now be automatically added in the [Hosts] screen, so you will be able to select it as a target host without the need to re-add it:
