If you wish to unlink your VM Backup installation from the CP, follow the steps below:
- Launch VM Backup and select the [CP] button from the top bar
- Then select [Unregister]
- At the next step, authentication will be required to confirm your selection
Once done, your VM Backup installation will no longer be linked with the relevant CP account.
To remove the disconnection installation from the CP/CMC, follow the steps below:
- Log into the CP/CMC
- Browse to [Setup] > [Customer Infrastructure] > [Installations] and select the relevant installation
- Once there, locate the relevant installation and click the [Manage] button.
Note: The disconnected installation will have the red warning icon - Click the "bin" icon to remove the disconnected installation
- Lastly, you will be granted the following pop-up to confirm your selection
