If you once had a VM configured within VM Backup but it's still showing in the Management Console, you can remove it from the VM Backup configuration using the following steps.

Then you can right-click on a VM in either of the following screens to remove it from the VM Backup configuration:

• Backup Locations
• Schedules
• Retention Policy

After doing this, you'll see the option to [Remove from Hornetsecurity configuration]

Simply click on that option and the VM will no longer be visible in the UI as part of your setup.
