If you are running into issues with using chat through VM Backup, ensure that the following requirements are met. More information can be found here.

• Ports 80 and 443 should be open on all relevant firewalls and VPNs
• Amazon IPs should be open as it could affect chat performance
• Incoming traffic from *.zopim.com and *.zopim.io should be allowed on the domains list on the firewall
