On our System Status Website you can always see current maintenance, disruptions on individual service levels, and the status by location. Additionally, we provide information on the status of external services we collaborate with.
The layout is organized by location and service. The map also gives you a quick overview of the individual locations of Hornetsecurity data centers.
Structure of the System Status Website
At the top of the page, you first see this status bar. There you can immediately recognize whether there is currently a disruption or if all systems are functioning properly.
Below that, you will find an overview of the individual services and their current status. The services can be expanded to view detailed information about availability at the respective locations.
Below that, you will find the section “External Services”. Here, you can see at a glance the current status of connected third-party services and identify if there is a disruption with an external service.
In the “Scheduled Maintenance” section, you will find an overview of upcoming updates and maintenance windows. There you can see which services are affected, when the work will take place, and whether any restrictions are to be expected.
At the bottom left of the page, you will find the link “History”. Through this, you can access the status history and view past disruptions as well as previous maintenance work.
On the “Status History” page, you will find an overview of past disruptions and status messages. You can use the filter function to narrow down the displayed entries. If there are no incidents for the selected period, this will be indicated accordingly. By clicking “Back to current status”, you return to the current status overview.
