If you find yourself in the need to reset the password for your Control Panel login, you can request a password reset from the Control Panel login screen.

The password reset link is easy to miss, as it requires you to enter your user name first, before showing up right below the password field.

Once selected, you will receive a password reset email with further instructions.

Office 365/LDAP customers

If you authenticate yourself via Office 365 or LDAP for the Control Panel login, you will not be able to reset your password using the Control Panel login screen. In this case please contact your administrator or IT support or follow your internal guidelines in resetting your Office 365 Login or your LDAP password, once you have confirmed that the issue is related to the Office 365/LDAP login in general.
