By default, users will be able to login into our Control Panel from any IP, but an admin could decide against it, and allow only certain IP's, denying access if users try to login from a non-authorized one.
IMPORTANT: Bear in mind that once you add the first IP, the policy will automatically enable. Therefore, we recommend to start by allowing the IP you're using at the moment of configuring this policy, or you'd automatically lock yourself out, as this policy affects the administrators as well.
