To manage tenants in 365 Tenant Manager that are manually added or discovered in your Microsoft Partner Center and your activation status is set to manual, you must onboard them manually in the [Tenants] module.
To manually onboard a tenant, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to [365 Tenant Manager] > [Tenants] and search for the tenant that you wish to onboard
- The next step is to select the onboarding type, which offers the following three options:
i. Use the tenant's global administrator account: This option will redirect to Microsoft, where you would need to provide the tenant's global administrator account credentials and grant authentication to the customers
ii. Copy the onboarding link below and send it to the customer: This option will allow you to create and send the onboarding link directly to your customer, where they will grant consent from the application using the tenant's global administrator account credentials
iii. Automatically send the onboarding link to the customer's email address below: This option will create an onboarding link and will be sent to the provided customer email address - If you select the option to use the tenant's global administrator account, you will be redirected to Microsoft, where you will need to log in and grant access
