As part of the IT-Seal phishing simulation, we ask you to allow the IT-Seal and HornetSecueity email server. These are IP 84.16.227.187 and 94.100.132.73. The interactive explanation page, to which participants are redirected when they click on one of our phishing links, is also hosted there.
To do this, log on to the SecurityGateway web-based as an administrator and navigate to Security → White List → White List for IPs.
Once in the menu there, enter the public IP address 84.16.227.187 of the Awareness Hero and 94.100.132.73 of HornetSecurity to be excluded in the "New trusted IP address" field and click on the "Add" button.
Optionally, you can add a comment for documentation purposes during this process.
As soon as these steps have been carried out, you can save the settings you have made by clicking on the "Save and Exit" button.
