Here you will also find all the information you need to set up whitelisting. 

To do this, log in to the SecurityGateway web-based as an administrator and navigate to Security → White List → White List for IPs.

Once in the menu there, enter the public IP addresses of the Awareness Engine to be excluded from the documentation portal in the "New trusted IP address" field and click the "Add" button.

Optionally, you can still add a comment during this process for documentation purposes.

Once these steps have been carried out, you can save the settings you have made by clicking the "Save and Exit" button.
