If you're looking to verify any violations on 365 Permissions Manager, you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Once you click on the link within the Violations Email "Click here to audit Violations", you will be taken to the CP Login page. Once the appropriate credentials are provided, you will be redirected to the Control Panel Dashboard, where you can launch 365 Permissions Manager.
   
   
2. Once you are in 365 Permissions Manager, navigate to the [To Do] tab
   
   
   
   
   
3. You will be then presented with a list of sites, as well as the items that are causing a violation, together with the reason why the violation is occurring. Here you can review and select one or multiple violations via the checkboxes
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select [Approve] or [Fix]
   
   
   
   i. Approving the violation will allow the item or site setting to keep being shared 
   ii. Fixing the violation will set it as per the value or setting on the assigned compliance policy
   
   
5. Confirm and execute the actions
   
   

Note: All actions will be audit logged and viewable in the Activity Log, along with the details of the user account that performed the action.
