If you're looking to verify any violations on 365 Permissions Manager, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Log into the CP and launch 365 Permissions Manager.

Once you are in 365 Permissions Manager, navigate to the [To Do] tab

Pending Actions
Inside this tab, you will be presented with a list of active violations. These include both In Audit and Non-Compliant compliance states. Filters can be used to display one specific compliance state if needed.
One can also filter by specific Sites and Violation Reason.
Clicking on a violation will show its details on the right-hand side. From this tab, you can also view the Permissions that the site has.
- Tick the violations you wish to amend and lastly: [Approve Access] or [Remove Access]
i. Approving the violation will allow the item or site setting to keep being shared
ii. Remediating the violation will set it as per the value or setting on the assigned compliance policy
- Confirm and execute the actions
Performed Actions
On the other hand, inside this tab, you will be able to view any violations that have been actioned. These can also be filtered by Site, Action Period, Violation Reason, Action and Actioned By. Moreover, one can also remediate past approvals.
Additionally, any of the listed Sites or Items can be opened in SharePoint by clicking the 3 dots on the right-hand side.
Clicking [More Details] will redirect you to the User Manual.
Note: All actions will be audit logged and viewable in the Activity Log, along with the details of the user account that performed the action.
