You may encounter some scenarios in which you are not able to find the Business Center. In most cases it is enough to keep the following things in mind:
- The Business Center will be visible on Partner Level
- The User needs to have the Business Manager Role in the Service Dashboard
If you are still not able to find the Business Center then the following quick troubleshooting might solve the problem:

When changing one of the Business Center access roles, it may require clearing the browser cache. | Refresh the page and clear cache/cookies. |
When newly adding the Business Manager role to a logged-in user, the user needs to relog in order to access the Business Center | Logout, then log in |
