In order to ensure that we can verify your eligibility for support without any doubt when you call our hotline or chat on our support page, we have now introduced a support PIN. With this PIN, you can easily verify your eligibility for support in order to receive full support on the phone/in chat, and at the same time, we ensure that no one can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information.
In order to provide us with the support PIN on the phone/in chat, you must log in with an account registered as an administrator in the control panel. Only persons registered as administrators in the control panel are fully eligible for support.
You can find the support PIN after logging in at the top right of the control panel by clicking on the question mark icon:
The support PIN is hidden by default so that you do not accidentally reveal it. To view it, click on the crossed-out eye icon on the right-hand side. This also copies the support PIN directly to your clipboard so that you can conveniently share it in the chat.
The PIN is renewed at regular intervals, so you may need to submit a new PIN if you raise a ticket at a later date. This ensures that no third parties can access information using an old PIN.
